Padel 360 was founded by Alfredo, Aquiles, and Mehnsaik.
Our story has always started with being passionate racquet sports players.
We started our journey like all who seek to build a Padel club in Australia.. with little know-how for the procurement and development side of starting a club, but fuelled by experiencing the wonderful community and competitive aspects of the sport while growing up overseas, playing competitive tennis, and travelling Europe, we always had it in our list of things we wanted to do as friends to build a club together.
With a lot of hands on learning, and a sea of paperwork, we began the start of our journey of building our first club Padel 360 Perth.
We encountered everything that all clubs go through in the pains of building approvals, planning authorities, certifications of courts, and the ins-and-outs of what it really takes to build, own, and operate a padel club as the first globally certified Adidas padel club in Australia.
Along our journey to building our second club, we were asked by friends, and other passionate padel players on what to do, so we naturally decided to start Padel 360 development to help others jump hurdles quicker, build with the best suppliers who have been vetted by our team, and build their communities right from the start.

Mehnsaik combines a love for racquets sports as a former competitive tennis player with a focus on community.
He comes from a strong background in operations, sales, and advocates for community sports in ACT.
